Due to the highly customized nature of the items available for purchase on our store, refunds or returns will only be offered due to manufacturing or quality defects and once you make an order you cannot cancel or request a refund for any reason

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Once we review the issue, we will work with you on the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

**Refunds (If Approved)**

If a refund is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
